Jamala is reported to be involved with the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 and has recorded a performance for the contest.
Eurovision UA reports that the winner of Eurovision 2016 Jamala will be involved with this year’s Eurovision Song Contest. According to a post on social media, Jamala explained that she recorded performances for both the 2020 and 2021 contests.
The Eurovision winner explained that she has recorded a performance of “1944” on a bridge in Rotterdam winning her outfit from the contest in Stockholm. It is not yet known how this performance will be used for the contest.
Eurovision 2021
The Eurovision Song Contest 2021 will take place on May 18, 20, and 22 in Rotterdam. A total of 39 countries will take part in the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Eurovision 2020 was due to be held in Rotterdam after Duncan Laurence gave the Netherlands their first victory since 1975 with the song “Arcade”. After the cancelation of the 2020 contest, it was decided that Rotterdam would host the 2021 contest instead.
