ORF has revealed the fourteen songs competing in the second semi-final of Der kleine Song Contest tomorrow evening.
The second semi-final of Der kleine Song Contest will take place tomorrow at 20:15 CET on ORF 1. The contest sees all forty-one Eurovision 2020 songs competing in three semi-finals, with a jury panel made up of past Eurovision entrants scoring each song.
The ten jurors are:
- Waterloo – Represented Austria in 1976
- Simone – Represented Austria in 1990
- Petra Frey – Represented Austria in 1994
- Manuel Ortega – Represented Austria in 2002
- Alf Poier – Represented Austria in 2003
- Eric Papilaya – Represented Austria in 2007
- Nadine Beiler – Represented Austria in 2011
- Conchita – Winner of the Eurovision Song Contest 2014
- ZOE – Represented Austria in 2016
- Cesár Sampson – Represented Austria in 2018
At the end of each show a winner will be named, with three songs competing in a final round to win Der kleine Song Contest. The winner of the series will be determined by audience voting.
The songs competing in semi-final one are:

- Finland – Aksel – Looking Back
- France – Tom Leeb – Mon alliée (The Best In Me)
- Ireland – Lesley Roy – Story of My Life

- Malta – Destiny – All of My Love
- Moldova – Natalia Gordienko – Prison
- Portugal – Elisa – Medo de sentir
- Russia – Little Big – Uno
- Sweden – The Mamas – Move
- Switzerland – Gjon’s Tears – Répondez-moi
- Slovenia – Ana Soklič – Voda
The winner of semi-final one (broadcast yesterday evening) was Iceland’s Daði og Gagnamagnið with their song “Think About Things”. The full results of the first semi-final can be seen here. The show was watched by a peak of 337,000 viewers with an average of 292,000 people during the course of the show.

Austria debuted in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1957, Bob Martin represented the country on their debut, but finished in last place scoring just 3 points. The country has gone on to finish last in the contest on 8 occasions. Austria has won the contest on two occasions, the first being in 1966 when Udo Jürgen performed “Merci, Cherie”. It was 48 years later than Austria won again when Conchita Wurst performed “Rise Like a Phoenix” scoring a total of 290 points.
