BTRC has today announced that it looking for the hosts of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2018, inviting adults and children to apply for the roles.
The national broadcaster of Belarus has today begun its search for the hosts of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2018 which will be held in Minsk. BTRC is looking for adults and children aged between 9 and 14 years old who are capable of hosting the biggest televised song contest for children.
Applicants must be able to speak English to a high level, have the ability to improvise, perform on the stage and be natural in front of television cameras. It is encouraged that applicants have previous experience of live television or major production experience.
All interested individuals are asked to send their photo and a short presentation video to BTRC. The video must tell a story about themselves. The video and images should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org by July 15.
The 2018 edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest will be held in Minsk, Belarus after the country won the bidding process before the 2017 contest even began. Olga Salamankha explained that Belarus was selected as the host for next years contest over other bids due to their long-term commitment to the competition.
