      1. For the same reason I am afraid Russia will withdraw. But I guess Belarus is not the same with Russia.

  1. Belarussian confirmed it again. But Kazakhstan need to debut, with Slovakia and Turkey to return. And of course, instead of Australia confirming participation, I hope that it would be an associate members final, held in December in Warsaw, Poland, with the associate members final winner qualifying for the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 in Kyiv, which will be held on 9, 11 and 13 May 2017.

  2. I hope that there is going to be an associate members final for EBU associate members to be held on 6 December 2016 at the Hala Orbita in Wroclaw, Poland, with the winner qualifying for the Eurovision 2017, held at the International Exhibition Center in Kyiv held on 9, 11 and 13 May 2017.

The possible countries that will be participating in the associate members final are possibly going to be:

    *Bangladesh
    *Chile
    *India
    *China
*Australia (having participating in 2015 and 2016 respectively)
    *New Zealand
    *Brazil
    *Iran
    *Oman
    *Syria
    *Hong Kong
    *Japan
    *South Korea
    *Mauritius
    *South Africa
    *United States
    *Canada
    *Mexico

  3. We all know that Eurovision 2017 will be held at the International Exhibition Center on 9, 11 and 13 May 2017. But Kazakhstan needs to debut with Slovakia and Turkey to return.
