Armenia will select their participant for Junior Eurovision 2015 internally, bringing to an end their national selection process. The singer will be announced on July 1st.
Armenia had used a televised selection process to select their Junior Eurovision participant every year since 2008. In the Eurovision Song Contest Armenia has used an internal selection for both singer and song since 2014. Last year Armenia came third in Malta with the song “People of the Sun” sung by Betty.

I don’t like internal selections. I feel like the people is not behind it. Even if my home country Sweden got poor results in ESC during the mid-2000’s, we wanted to send that song and that’s the main thing. The inhabitants want to send the song. Sometimes, it’s great and sometimes it’s a joke… Eesti ’08… 🙂 🙂
Melodifestivalen helped Sweden to win adult esc, if Sweden make a similar jesc selection, they could win jesc 2015.
