
Tonight across Europe, seven countries will be holding Eurovision selection processes. Denmark is holding the final of Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2015, while Finland, Estonia and Sweden will be starting off their selection processes.
Denmark – Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2015 – Final – 20:00 CET

Denmark will select their participant for Eurovision 2015 tonight, live from the Gigantium in Aalborg. A total of 10 singers are competing in the show which will decide who will be following in Basim’s footsteps at Eurovision. The show is hosted by Esben Bjerre Hansen and Jacob Riising.
The winner tonight will be selected through a combination of televote and jury vote. The televote will have a total of 290 points to give out, for example 10% of the vote will give a song 29 points. The regional juries will also allocate a total of 290 points. The regional juries will vote in the Eurovision tradition of 1-8, 10 and 12 points.
There will be a total of five regional juries, they are:
- Hovedstaden
- Sjælland
- Midtjylland
- Nordjylland
- Syddanmark

Estonia – Eesti Laul Semi Final 1 – 20:35 CET

The first semi final of Estonia’s 2015 Eurovision selection process, Eesti Laul takes place tonight. A total of 10 songs will compete for five places in the final on February 21st.
The qualifiers tonight will be voted upon by both a jury and a televote:

Finland – UMK 2015 – Semi Final One – 20:00 CET

Finland’s UMK gets underway tonight with the first of three semi finals. A total of six songs will be competing tonight, the Finnish public will select three songs to go through to the final on February 28th. Rakel Liekki and Roope Salminen will host the show.
The running order for the show has not been revealed, but the following artists have not been announced:

Hungary – A Dal – Heat 3 – 20:25 CET

Hungary continues their Eurovision 2015 selection process tonight with what has become one of the most popular Eurovision selection processes. Tonight’s show is the final of the three heats which will decide the participants on the semi finals and later who will represent Hungary across the border in Austria.
The show tonight works as follows. All 10 songs will perform live to a jury and the viewing audience at home. The jury will then select a total of five songs to go through to the next round, on the jury are:
- Pierrot – composer, performer, songwriter and producer
- Jenő Csiszár – television and radio host
- Magdi Rúzsa – singer-songwriter and Hungarian representative at the Eurovision Song Contest 2007
- Philip Rákay – MTV programme director
The remaining 5 artists will perform once more, with the Hungarian public now allowed to vote via SMS. The artist with the highest SMS vote will progress with the five qualifiers to the next round of the show.

Iceland – Songvakeppnin 2015 Semi Final 2 – 20:45 CET

Iceland kicks off their Eurovision selection tonight with the first of two semi finals that will decide the artists going through to the final on February 14th. A total of six artists will be performing tonight, with a total of three being chosen by the public to go through to the final in Reykjavik at the Háskólabíó.
The running order for the show is as follows:

- María Ólafsdóttir – Lítil skref
- SUNDAY – Fjaðrir
- Regína Ósk – Aldrei of seint

Lithuania – Eurovizijos – Show Six – 20:00 CET

It’s show number 6 tonight and seven artists are left in the contest, Lithuania are now just one week away from selecting the song that will represent them in Vienna. The two singers with the lowest number of votes will be out of the contest.
Competing in the show tonight are:
- Mia – Feeling My Love & Flying
- Monika Linkytė – This Time & Dangerous (S.O.S)
- Vaidas Baumila – This Time & Take My Love
- Edgaras Lubys – Not Perfect & No More Tears
- Jurgis Brūzga – This Right Way & Sound of Colours
As ever there will be a jury who will allocate points from 1-8, 10 and then finally 12. The Lithuanian jury is made up of:
- Ramūnas Zilnys – Music critic
- Gintaras Rinkevičius – Conductor
- Darius Užkuraitis – Musicologist
- Rosita Čivilytė– Singer
Furthermore there will be a jury from Georgia, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom who will also allocate points. Also the Lithuanian public will able to vote for their favourites, each vote will be counted as one point. The jury points and the public televote points will be added together and the act with the least amount of votes will be voted off.

Sweden – Melodifestivalen – Semi Final One – 20:00 CET

The first semi final of Sweden’s Melodifestivalen gets underway tonight live from the Scandinavium in Gothenburg. A total of seven artists are competing in tonight show.
As always there will be two round of voting, the first round will decide the five artists who will go into round two, in the second round of voting the two artists going straight to the final are decided, while the remaining two go through to Andra Chansen are also chosen.
