According to rumors circling tonight PBS has stated that they are likely to return to Junior Eurovision in Kiev this December. Malta had earlier in the year said that they would not be taking part to esckaz.com. Malta has not taken part in Junior Eurovision since 2010 when the contest was in Belarus.
