Today is the last day for singers in Armenia and Cyprus to apply to compete in Junior Eurovision 2026, while in South Korea, Eurovision Asia applications close.

Today is the last day for singers to apply to represent South Korea at the first edition of the Eurovision Song Contest Asia. Applications for the contest opened at 12:00 KST on June 1 and will remain open until 11:59 KST today. Anyone with Korean nationality can apply to take part with an original song, with the normal rules of the Eurovision Song Contest applying.

South Korea will select its representative for the Eurovision Song Contest Asia 2026 on September 4. The exact details of how the selection process will work has not yet been announced by ENA.

Interested singers have just a few hours left to apply to represent Cyprus at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

Singers have until 11:00 CET to submit their application to represent Cyprus at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2026 in Malta. The performer selection will evaluate vocal ability and stage presence. Performers must first submit a video of them singing a cover song.

A committee will review the submissions and invite the best performers to an in-person audition, where they will perform cover versions. The committee will score each performer with Eurovision-style points (12, 10, 8-1). The performer with the most points will represent Cyprus in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2026 in Ta’ Qali.

The rules of the performer selection are as follows:

  • Participants must be aged between 9 to 14 on October 24, 2026.
  • Only one performer may be submitted per application.
  • For the application video, performers can sing with a backing track or acapella.
  • During the in-person audition, performers must perform with a backing track.
  • Participants must not publicly stated that they are participating in the selection until the winner has been announced.

The search for the song that will represent Cyprus this October remains open, with songs being accepted until July 8 at 11:00 CEST.

Today is the last day for singers to apply to represent Armenia at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2026 in Malta. Applications to compete in the Armenian selection have been open, and will close this evening on Eurovision.am.

The rules of the selection are as follows:

  • Citizens or residents of Armenia born between October 25, 2011 and October 24, 2017 can participate.
  • Individual singers, duets or groups up to six singers can apply together.
  • A singer can only be part of one application. They cannot apply as a soloist and another group.
  • At the auditions stage, singers must perform covers of two well known songs of their choice.

Once applications close on June 30, a panel will assess the initial applications. From the first round, successful applicants will be invited to auditions that will be held in Yerevan between July 3 and July 12. The winner will be chosen by a jury, with the song of the winning act being internally selected by AMPTV.
