The announcement of the winner of the Eurovision Song Contest will be made in a new way for tonightโ€™s final in Vienna.

In a change to recent years, a new way of revealing the winner of the Eurovision Song Contest will be used tonight for the 70th edition. In contrast to just having a split screen and the hosts announcing the points. Instead, the act in the lead and the act that won the jury vote will be split-screen, with a bar chart graphic showing how many points the jury winner has to achieve to win. The graphic as shown below, will then count up to visually show whether the jury winner is the overall winner.

Twenty-five countries are competing tonight in the final of the 70th Eurovision Song Contest. The contest will come live from the Wiener Stadthalle in Vienna, Austria, with the winner being determined by 50% jury voting and 50% public vote, find out everything you need to know below:
