🇮🇹 Italy: Festival di Sanremo 2026 Night Four Results

Ditonellapiaga and Tonypitony have won the fourth night of Festival di Sanremo 2026 with a cover of “The lady is a tramp”.

The fourth night of Festival di Sanremo 2026 has taken place this evening, with the thirty Campioni artists returning to the stage to perform the cover an Italian or international song. The show was hosted by Carlo Conti and Laura Pausini together with Bianca Balti and Alessandro Siani, and it saw performances from Eurovision 2017 representative Francesco Gabbani on the Suzuki Stage, and from Max Pezzali on the Costa Toscana cruiseship.

The competing artists can perform together as a duet, or they may be joined by guest performers. Unlike in previous years, the results of this evening will not contribute to the overall result of Festival di Sanremo, so a separate winner has been announced tonight for the covers performances.

The ranking has been decided by a split vote between the jury of the Press Room, TV and Web (33%), the Radio jury (33%), and the public televoting (34%). The final top ten of the fourth night is as follows:

6. Sal Da Vinci with Michele Zarrillo – “Cinque giorni” (Five days)
7. LDA & Aka 7even with Tullio De Piscopo – “Andamento lento” (Slow pace)
8. Nayt with Joan Thiele – “La canzone dell’amore perduto” (The song of lost love)
9. Dargen D’Amico with Pupo and Fabrizio Bosso – “Su di noi” (Above us)
10. Luche’ with Gianluca Grignani – “Falco a meta’” (Half hawk)
