RTVE will announce the Spanish representative for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2025 on July 23.
The Spanish public broadcaster RTVE has confirmed this evening that its representative for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2025 will be announced on Wednesday. RTVE will hold a press conference in Madrid from 11:30 CEST to announce the singer who will represent Spain in Tbilisi in December.
270 singers applied to represent Spain at this year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Once the application window closed, a second in-person casting phase was held in Madrid. A jury then selected the Spanish representative for Junior Eurovision 2025.
Chloe DelaRosa represented Spain at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2024 in Madrid with “Como la Lola”. She finished 6th with 144 points. Spain was sixth in the jury vote, scoring 80 points, and 5th in online vote, scoring 64 points.
Junior Eurovision 2025
Junior Eurovision 2025 will be held on December 13 in Tbilisi after Andria Putkaradze gave Georgia their record-breaking fourth victory with “To My Mom”.
A number of countries have either confirmed their participation in Junior Eurovision 2025 or signaled their intention to compete. These countries are:

Spain first took part in the contest in 2003 and participated every year between then and 2006. In 2004, María Isabel brought Spain their only victory so far with “Antes muerta que sencilla”. After an absence of 13 years, Spain returned to the contest in 2019 with “Marte” by Melani García. Spain had always finished in the top 5 until the 2021 contest, when Levi Díaz finished in 15th place. The 2024 contest was hosted in Madrid, the first Eurovision contest to take place in Spain since Eurovision 1969.
