A raffle for Eurovision 2025 tickets will be held for residents of the canton of Basel-Stadt.
The canton of Basel-Stadt will hold a raffle for Eurovision 2025 tickets to thank the residents of the canton “for the openness and enthusiasm with which they welcome Eurovision to their city”. The raffle is only open to residents of Basel-Stadt, ie. residents of Basel, Riehen or Bettingen.
Anyone wishing to enter must be at least 18 years old. A total of 40 pairs of tickets for the two semi-final rehearsal shows will be available in the raffle. The ticket winners can expect not only a rousing show with performers from all over the world, but also a backstage tour including catering,” according to a press release from Basel-Stadt.
Eurovision 2025
Switzerland earned the honor of hosting Eurovision 2025 after Nemo triumphed at the 2024 contest with their song “The Code”. The song scored an impressive 591 points, 365 from the jury and 226 from the televote, securing Switzerland’s first victory since 1988.
The 69th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest will take place in Basel on May 13, 15, and 17, 2025.
