The first artists have begun to arrive in Seoul for the ABU TV Song Festival 2023 in Seoul, South Korea.
The acts participating in the twelfth edition of the ABU TV Song Festival have begun to arrive in the host city. The participants have been sharing on social media their arrival in the city ahead of the event which takes place this Sunday.
Hong Kong (TVB) – Chau Kat Pui
India (DD) – Malini Awasthi
The ABU TV Song Festival 2023 will be held on October 29, as the event returns to South Korea. KBS will be hosting the event at the KBS Hall which was the location of the first edition of the ABU TV Song Festival in 2012.
Five countries are returning to the event; China, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia and Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka is returning for the first time since the 2016 ABU TV Song Festival, while Hong Kong and China are back for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic.

In contrast, Indonesia, Kazakhstan and the Maldives are absent from the list of confirmed participants. Indonesia has appeared in every edition of the event, while Kazakhstan has only missed the 2020 event since debuting in 2015.
