Construction of the stage for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021 has commenced.
In a social media post, stage manager Luc Le Coq has posted photos showing the start of the construction of the stage for this year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

Earlier this October France Télévisions revealed the stage design for the Junior Eurovision 2021. The stage design is inspired by the cityscape of Paris and its nickname “The City of Lights”. Two bridges will extend from either side of the stage and will act as the Green Room for the 19 delegations.
If the sanitary regulations allow it, there should be up to 3,250 allowed in the audience, with a further 1,000 people in the pit. The jury show of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021 in Paris will take place without an audience. An audience is planned for the final at this time.
The Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021 will take place in La Seine Musicale, Paris, France on Sunday 19th December. The contest will be hosted by France for the first time following Valentina’s victory at the 2020 contest with her song “J’imagine”.
19 countries will compete in the 19th edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, the participants and their songs are:

Grande Seine has a total capacity of rough 6,000 seats. If 3,250 people are allowed in the audience and 1,000 people in the pit, that’s a total of 4,250 fans in the auditorium and a 1,750-person difference.
