Today: 🇰🇿 Kazakhstan Selects For Junior Eurovision 2021

Today Kazakhstan selections for Junior Eurovision 2021, while Georgia holds the semi-final of its selection.

14:00 CET – 🇰🇿 Kazakhstan – National Final

Today Kazakhstan will select its fourth representative at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

Astana plays host today to the Kazakh selection for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021. Ten singers are competing this evening to follow in the footsteps of Karakat Bashanova, Yerzhan Maxim and Daneliya Tuleshova, the ten acts are:

• Ayganym Amantay Aibekkyzy
• Beknur Zhunibekuly
• Amina Asgatova Baurzhankyzy
• Armen Sahakyan Yervandovich
• Alinur Khamzin Azamatovich
• Ekaterina Tabarina Denisovna
• Makim Zhan Aliuly
• Alimzhan Tugelbai Meyrambekuly
• Zhumabay Abilkayir Dosanuly
• Adina Sulenova Erlanovna

The winner will be determined by 50% public voting and 50% jury voting. The final is being held at the Kazmedia Ortalygy concert hall in Astana.

The final is being held in two parts, from 14:00 CET to 16:00 CET the ten acts will perform their songs for the contest in Paris. Voting will open and the results will then be announced from 17:00 CET.

20:00 CET –  Georgia – Ranina – Semi-Final

Six singers return to the Ranina stage this evening all hoping to secure on of three places in next Saturday’s final.

Six young singers are hoping to win over the judging panel this evening and secure a place in the final of Georgia’s Junior Eurovision selection. Two weeks ago the six singers competing in the show this evening were chosen, the finalists and their combined score across the heats are:

• Barbara Makhatadze – 478 points
• Datuna Luarsabishvili – 478 points
• Gega Shonia – 480 points
• Guga Nadiradze – 479 points
• Keso Rusia – 480 points
• Nikoloz Kajaia – 480 points
