Today: Junior Eurovision 2020 Jury Final & Rehearsals

Today the national juries in each of the 12 participating countries will vote for their favourite entries of Junior Eurovision 2020.

With one day to go until the final of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2020, the first dress rehearsals take place in Warsaw, Poland. Rehearsals will take place for the interval acts in Poland, followed by the jury final at 17:00 CET.

Press Conference with all the Artists – 14:30 CET

From 14:30 CET all of the twelve acts competing in Junior Eurovision 2020 will take part in an hour long press conference. The artists will be joining the press conference from their home countries.

Junior Eurovision 2020 – Jury Final – 17:00 CET

All 12 of the juries will watch the jury show of the contest. Each jury is formed of three adults and two children. They will then vote for their favourite songs. These results will be revealed by spokespersons in each country during the live final on Sunday and will count for 50% of the overall result. The other 50% will come from the online vote.

Of note is that this is the first time that a jury and the public will be voting on the same performances at an EBU contest since the Eurovision Dance Contest in 2008. This is occurring as all of the performances in this years contest have been pre-recorded in advance of the contest.

Twelve countries will take part in Junior Eurovision 2020 on November 29 in Warsaw. The running order is as follows:

   9. Russia – Sofia Feskova – “Moy novy den”
   10. Spain – Soleá – “Palante”
   11. Ukraine – Oleksandr Balabanov – “Vidkryvai”
   12. France – Valentina – “J’imagine”
