Lithuania is now the bookmakers favourite to win the 2020 Eurovision Song Contest as Romania passes Italy into second place.
The Roop are currently the bookmakers favourite to win the 2020 Eurovision Song Contest in Rotterdam. The group according to Eurovision World are currently given a 13% chance of winning in the Netherlands, more than double that of Romania and Italy.
Romania who will be selecting their entry for Rotterdam on Sunday has passed Italy to become second favourite to win. Alongside Lithuania the nation is currently seeing its highest odds of victory at Eurovision in years.
Further down the betting odds the United Kingdom is now 14th favourite up from 33rd place before the announcement of its song reveal this coming Thursday.
In contrast Slovenia has fallen from 22nd place to 37th with the selection of ‘Voda’ and France is now back in 32nd place. Poland who selected Alicija Szemplinska with “Empires” also fell from a high of 10th back to 21st in the odds.
