A further six artists have qualified to the Grand Final of Estonia’s Eurovision selection show.
Tonight the second semi-final of Eesti Laul took place in Tartu, Estonia. Twelve acts competed for a place in the grand final, with only six going through. The full results tonight were as follows (qualifiers in bold):

- Uudo Sepp – “I’m Sorry. I Messed Up”
- Traffic – “Üks kord veel”
- SHIRA – “Out In Space”
- Mariliis Jõgeva – “Unistustes”
The Estonian group Black Velvet, a group made up of Lauri Liiv, Sulev Lõhmus, and Sven Lõhmus, also featured during the show.
Tonight’s qualifiers will join the six artists who qualified from Thursday’s semi-final in the Grand Final on 29th February. The final line-up is as follows:

The winner of Eesti Laul 2020 will go on to represent Estonia at the 2020 Eurovision Song Contest in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
Estonia debuted in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1994 alongside six other countries. At the contest in Dublin they were represented by Silvi Vrait, who finished 2nd last scoring just 2 points. In 2001 Estonia won the Eurovision Song Contest for the only time to date. They were represented by Tanel Padar, Dave Benton & 2XL, who performed the song “Everybody” and took a surprise victory in Copenhagen. After the success of the late-90s and early 00s, Estonia failed to qualify for the final from 2004-2008. In 2009 Estonia launched a new selection show, Eesti Laul, and has since qualified for the final six out of ten attempts.
