Jessika, who will represent San Marino in Eurovision 2018 in Lisbon with Jenifer Brening is ready to begin her Eurovision adventure.
Posting a picture in the airport on the way to meet up with her duet partner Jenifer in Munich, Jessika said:
Dear past, thank you for all the lessons. Dear future, now I am ready. As I embark on one of the greatest adventures of my life, I would like to thank each and every one of you who were there through thick and thin. I humbly want to thank you all because you are the reason I am where I am today and who I am today❤ off to munich to meet my @jeniferbrening_official and to do our final rehearsals be…fore we head to Lisbon. Jessika, who hails from Malta, and Jenifer from Germany were chosen to represent San Marino after they took part in the Eurovision selection show 1in360, which was used to discover talent from around the world. They will participate at the Eurovision Song Contest in May with their song “Who We Are”.
Jessika has made it to Eurovision in 2018 after a total of 7 previous attempts to represent her home country. Her highest placing at MESC (the Maltese selection show) was 7th in 2016 with her song “The Flame”.
The duo will perform their song in the first half of the second-semi final of Eurovision 2018 on Thursday 10 May. Their first rehearsal in the arena is due for Tuesday. They will be hoping to take San Marino to the final of the contest for only the second time in history after Valentina Monetta qualified to the final in 2014 with Maybe.

San Marino in the Eurovision Song Contest
Over 9 years of participation San Marino have only once qualified for the Eurovision final when Valentina Monetta represented the country with “Maybe (Forse)” in Copenhagen. She finished in 24th place with 14 points, San Marino’s best result to date. This year Valentina represented her country for the 4th time, this time joined on stage by American singer Jimmie Wilson. The pair’s entry “Spirit of the Night” finished in last place in its semi-final in Kyiv, scoring just 1 point.
