19:13 // PBS Mr Bundy – It’s the worst thing that it is over, I wish it was at the beginning. This was an adventure that took three months to produce. If we stand all together we will all be winners, we are very proud to host the contest.
19:16 // Jon Ola Sand – It was amazing to see this talent on stage. We from our end are grateful to the work of PBS and the work of all of the artists and delegations. It’s true collaboration in Europe. Now we will start to look for a new host country, we will work hard to make a great song contest in November next year.

THE JUNIOR EUROVISION SONG CONTEST 2016
Seventeen countries competed in the 14th edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest this November in Malta. Returning to the contest this year were Cyprus, Israel and Poland. Cyprus last competed in 2014, while Israel made their only appearance to date in 2012. Poland is returning to the contest after 12 years away.
Georgia has won the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2016 in Malta represented by Mariam Mamadashvili and her song “Mzeo”. Mariam’s victory in the contest today makes Georgia the most successful country in the history of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest having now won the contest for a record third time. Georgia managed to beat off competition from 16 other countries in the show this evening.
The final of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2016 took place on Sunday, November 20 at the Mediterranean Conference Center in Valletta, Malta. This year’s contest was open to singers aged between 9 and 14 years old.
