Vanotek, who attempted to represent Romania at the Eurovision Song Contest 2016, has spoken out about a potential return to the contest, responding to SPECTRUMM Publishing Group with a simple “no”. Last year Vanotek enterted with the song ‘I’m Coming Home’, a collaboration with The Code and Georgian.

First Alexandra Stan, then Margaret and now this. Vanotek, who came second in the Romanian National Selection for the Eurovision Song Contest with his song I’m Coming Home feat. The Code & Georgian, and became famous with his hit single My Heart Is Gone featuring Yanka, just told us that he isn’t interested in Eurovision anymore. His answer was clear and simple: “No”.He also told us, that children are his biggest inspiration when he’s composing. We asked him who would he like to collaborate with, and he said he would like to collaborate with international artists like Faithless but he would also love to work with Romanian underground artists. Would you still like to see Vanotek back? Because, I know for sure I hope he changes his mind!

Agree, Romania should’ve been disqualified directly AFTER the 2016 contest, or even better; right after whatever contest they didn’t pay money for!
