Finland selects in February 2017

Finland will select their participant for Eurovision 2017 in February using the UMK format.

YLE has today revealed more information about how they will be selecting their participant for the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest in Ukraine. Submissions for the contest are open from September 1 to September 5, with the participants being announced by the broadcaster in January of 2017. The participants will go through to the televised selection with the final being held in February.

  1. Please take away the national juries and replace them with international. Or just select Siru or Mikael Saari internally
