
It’s the fifth day of the rehearsals ahead of the 61st Eurovision Song Contest and here’s a look at the day ahead.
Today is the first day of the second rehearsals for all of the first semi final countries, plus the first rehearsals for France and Spain. Everyday we will be bringing you an overview of what you can expect from our coverage of the Eurovision Song Contest as well as key pieces of information for the day. Here’s a breakdown of what is happening today:
- First rehearsals get underway from 10:00 CET for the first ten countries competing in the second semi final. These rehearsals end at 16:10 CET with Laura Tesoro’s rehearsal for Belgium.
- Press conferences will be held for all eight countries, these will occur around 2 hours after the end of their first rehearsal starting from 12:10 CET and ending at 18:10 CET.
- All the news from outside of the bubble, we’ll bring you news regarding spokespersons, broadcasts and much more.

The footage from the rehearsals will only come in the form of Eurovision.tv videos which show around 30 seconds of the performance. The first rehearsals for all of the countries are closed off to press recordings.
