An official Eurovision exhibition will open on Saturday 7th May, it has been revealed. “GOOD EVENING EUROPE” will feature in Stockholm’s ABBA The Museum, and will map the contest’s 61 year history.
The exhibition has been developed jointly between the EBU and ABBA The Museum, having been initially thought up by the EBU’s Jon Ola Sand and ABBA’s Björn Ulvaeus. It has been described as an ‘interactive’ display, showcasing clips from the past contests alongside famous costumes from the show. There will also be an area where fans can take to the stage themselves and perform their favourite songs from the contest’s history.
The exhibition will also tie in with this year’s contest, as the winner will perform there on Sunday 15th May, the day after the final.
