Latvia has selected the four artists who will compete the next week to represent the country at the Eurovision Song Contest 2016.
The semi final of Supernova was held tonight in Riga with eight singers vying for four places in the final next Sunday. One singer decided to withdraw from the contest during the show tonight, Samanta Tina withdrew saying she felt her song was not strong enough for Eurovision. Qualifying for the final next week were:
- Catalepsia – Damnation
- Justs – Heartbeat
- Marta Ritova – Not From This World
- MyRadiantU – We Will Be Stars
