The City of Stockholm has opened the application process for volunteers for the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest.
The City is looking for volunteers to work from May 1st to May 15th to help showcase the city to the rest of the world. Applicants must be aged above 18 and must be fluent in both Swedish and in English. Those applying may also apply to be a delegation host, to be a delegation host you must also be fluent in the language of the country you are the delegation host for.
Volunteers will be working in the following areas:
- Globen Area – Working within the press center and helping delegations.
- Stockholm City Center – Providing a role in the Eurovision Village and the Euro Club, as well as assisting visitors to the city.
- Arlanda & Bromma Airport – Welcoming delegations and journalists to the city.
