
Today sees the start of the busiest selection weekend of the year so far, this weekend a total of six countries will either be holding their national final or continuing their search for their Eurovision 2015 participant.
Tonight will see Switzerland select their participant for Vienna, while Iceland kicks off their search and Lithuania along with Hungary continue their selection processes.
Switzerland – Die Grosse Entsschedigungsshow – 20:05 CET

Tonight sees Switzerland hold their national final, the show will be coming live from Kreuzlingen on the border with Germany. The show will see a total of six singers performing two songs as the Swiss public vote to decide who will be representing them in Vienna. The show as ever is hosted by Sven Epiney.
The show will be run in two parts. The first part will see all of the six hopefuls performing a cover of a well known song of their choice. Once they have all performed, they will then take to the stage again to perform the song they want to take to Vienna.
The running order for the show is as follows:
- Deborah Bough – Shake It Off – Take Me Back To 23
- Timebelle – Rude Boy – Singing About Love
- Licia Chery – All About That Bass – Fly
- Andy McSean – Chasing Cars – Hey Now
- Mélanie René – Chandelier – Time To Shine

The winner of the show will be decided by 50% televote and 50% expert jury. You can watch the show on a number of channels:
Hungary – A Dal Heat 2 – 20:25 CET

Hungary kicks off their Eurovision 2015 selection process tonight with what has become one of the most popular Eurovision selection process’. Tonight’s show is the first of three heats which will decide the participants on the semi finals and later who will represent Hungary across the border in Austria.
The show tonight works as follows. All 10 songs will perform live to a jury and the viewing audience at home. The jury will then select a total of five songs to go through to the next round, on the jury are:
- Pierrot – composer, performer, songwriter and producer
- Jenő Csiszár – television and radio host
- Magdi Rúzsa – singer-songwriter and Hungarian representative at the Eurovision Song Contest 2007
- Philip Rákay – MTV programme director
The remaining 5 artists will perform once more, with the Hungarian public now allowed to vote via SMS. The artist with the highest SMS vote will progress with the five qualifiers to the next round of the show.

Iceland – Songvakeppnin 2015 Semi Final 1 – 20:45 CET

Iceland kicks off their Eurovision selection tonight with the first of two semi finals that will decide the artists going through to the final on February 14th. A total of six artists will be performing tonight, with a total of three being chosen by the public to go through to the final in Reykjavik at the Háskólabíó.
The running order for the show is as follows:
- Erna Hrönn Ólafsdóttir – Myrkrið hljótt
- HINEMOA – Þú leitar líka að mér
- Elín Sif Halldórsdóttir – Í kvöld
- Friðrik Dór – Í síðasta skipti
- Stefanía Svavarsdóttir – Augnablik
- Björn og félagar – Piltur og stúlka

Lithuania – Eurovizijos – 20:00 CET:

It’s show number 5 tonight and seven artists are left in the contest, Lithuania are now just two weeks away from selecting the song that will represent them in Vienna.
Competing in the show tonight are:
- Jurgis Brūzga – This Time
- Liepa Mondeikaitė – Flying
- Mia & Edgaras Lubys – Take My Love
- Neringa Šiaudikytė – Dangerous (S.O.S)
- Vaidas Baumila – The Right Way
- Monika Linkytė – No More Tears
As ever there will be a jury who will allocate points from 1-8, 10 and then finally 12. The Lithuanian jury is made up of:
- Ramūnas Zilnys – Music critic
- Gintaras Rinkevičius – Conductor
- Darius Užkuraitis – Musicologist
- Rosita Čivilytė– Singer
Furthermore there will be a jury from Georgia, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom who will also allocate points. Also the Lithuanian public will able to vote for their favourites, each vote will be counted as one point. The jury points and the public televote points will be added together and the act with the least amount of votes will be voted off.
