Urban Stanič has won the Slovenian Eurovision Young Musicians selection final and will now go on to represent Slovenia in Cologne in May.
Urban beat off competition from 18 different musicians through the selection process and in the final performed Chopin Grande Polonaise Brillante , Op. 22 in E-flat major. Urban who is a pianist is only the third act to be selected so far for Eurovision Young Musicians. In 2012 Slovenia won the contest for the first time.
