IBA have opened the public submissions process for the song for Mei Feingold at Eurovision 2014.
If you wish to submit a song to IBA you have until January 28 at 16:00 local time via email. The address for submissions is:

You must send in the following:
- Curriculum Vitae including details of musical experience;
- Address and contact information;
- Sketch of the song in MP3 format density of 320 KPS, when the file size should not exceed 7MB. File name / song name will be written in Latin letters only (English)
- File with lyrics only and identifying details of the authors of the song. The file will be name of the song only Latin letters (English).
- The declaration and undertaking form signed by all authors, and other holders of rights in the song, as described above.
A total of 3 songs will be taking part in the Israeli selection, 2 songs will be selected by Mei while 1 will be from the public.
