ETV have revealed today that Tauri has been disqualified from Eesti Laul 2013 due to their entry sounding to similar to an existing song. They were due to take part with the song “Miljoni Roosiga Kaardi Sul Saadan“, the executive producer Heidy Purga said “It is unlucky, but the song is too similar to an already published song, and sadly the authors were unaware of this”
They have now been replaced by Armastus with their song “Young Girl” this is the 2nd time already this year that a song has been disqualified from a national selection due to breaching rules.
