LTV of Latvia have today announced that their national selection for Euroviion 2013 will have the theme “Stand Up, Europe!”. This national selection will be made up of three shows and will see an end to the Eirodziesma shows that have been used since Latvia debuted in 2010. The aim of this new format is to create a show that is more entertaining to both audience members and television viewers.
LTV also revealed that this years 122 song submissions came from across Europe including the UK, Denmark and Sweden but also from Nigeria and the USA.
