LRT have announced their call for 2013 Eurovision Entries. The rules state that Lithuanian residents or foreigners who have permission to reside in Lithuania are allowed to enter the contest. Groups or soloist are allowed to enter, the song must be 3 minutes or less and must not have been performed before the 1st of September. The date of the National Selection has not been announced yet, all songs however must be in by the 1st of October.
