LTV the national broadcaster of Latvia has confirmed they will not be participating in Eurovision Young Dancers 2015 in Pilsen, Czech Republic.
LTV said in a statement that:
We do not view the contest as a priority
Latvia had participated in every edition of the contest from their debut in 1997 up until 2005. Latvia made it through to the finals in 1997, 1999, 2003 and 2005, they however never managed to make it into the top.3 of any contest.
To date 9 countries are confirmed as participating in the contest in June.
