An average audience of 15,000 viewers watched RTS’ delayed broadcast of the final of Eurovision Young Musicians 2026 on June 7.
RTS has confirmed to Eurovoix that an average audience of 15,000 viewers watched the final of Eurovision Young Musicians 2026 on RTS 2 on June 7. The final was broadcast on a delay of more than 24 hours, and reached an audience share of 5.5%. Overall viewer interest increased by 9,000 viewers compared to the 2024 final, while audience share dropped 0.4 percentage points.
Overall the combined audience for the TV broadcasts of Eurovision Young Musicians 2026 in Switzerland was 42,000 viewers, which is down 12,000 viewers on the 2024 final.
Manoush Toth represented Switzerland at Eurovision Young Musicians 2026 in Armenia. The pianist performed Piano Concerto in A minor, Op. 7, 3rd movement by Clara Schumann. She was not among the top three performers in the contest.
The 22nd edition of Eurovision Young Musicians took place at the Yerevan Opera Theatre in Yerevan. Performers from 11 countries competed for the title, all accompanied by the Armenian National Philharmonic Orchestra, which was conducted by Eduard Topchjan. Michał Stochel from Poland was the winner of Eurovision Young Musicians 2026, with Latvia second and Armenia third.
