🇮🇹 Italy: Sal Da Vinci Wins Festival di Sanremo 2026

Sal Da Vinci is the winner of the 76th edition of Festival di Sanremo with the song “Per sempre si”.

The final evening of Sanremo 2026 took place tonight at the Teatro Ariston in Sanremo and featured once again all the 30 competing songs. The festival overall lasted for five consecutive nights, during which artists performed their songs multiple times, under the direction of Carlo Conti and Laura Pausini.

During the final, prizes were awarded for Best Lyrics, Best Musical Composition and Critics’ Prize to Fedez & Masini, Ditonellapiaga, and Fulminacci, while Serena Brancale was awarded a special prize from the Press Room and the TIM prize.

Tonight’s first round of voting results were determined by the televote (34%), by the TV/press/media jury (33%), and by the radio jury (33%). The rankings were as follows, with the top 5 artists in a random order:

After this, a second round of voting was open for both the televote and the juries to determine the final top 5. The final results for the evening are as follows:

It is uncertain whether Sal Da Vinci will perform at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 in Vienna. According to Sanremo’s rules, the winner has the right to decline representing Italy at Eurovision. If this happens, RAI will reserve the right to select the country’s entry choosing one of the other participants to the Festival.
