🇲🇩 Moldova: Satoshi Promotes Eurovision Participation in Romania

Satoshi has been in Romania promoting his participation in the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 for Moldova.

The Moldovan representative for Vienna, Satoshi, has been in the Romanian capital promoting his participation in the Eurovision Song Contest. The singer and his team appeared on Romanian radio discussing his song “Viva Moldova!” as well as performing the song.

Satoshi is currently on the most expansive international promotional tour of any of the artists selected to date for Eurovision 2026. He has already performed in Ukraine during the final of Vidbir 2026, and is due to perform at the following Eurovision pre-parties:

  • March 21 – 🇳🇴 Nordic Eurovision Party 2026
  • April 11 – 🇳🇱 Eurovision in Concert 2026
  • April 17 – 🇬🇧 London Eurovision Festival
  • April 19 – 🇬🇧 London Eurovision Party 2026

Satoshi won the Moldovan selection after receiving the maximum points available from the Moldovan jury, the international jury and the Moldovan public. He will perform in the first half of the first semi-final on May 12.

Moldova debuted in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2005 when the contest was held in Kyiv. Moldova’s best result in the contest is 3rd place in 2017 for Sunstroke Project with “Hey Mamma!”. This was the second time the group had represented their country in Eurovision. Moldova has been represented by several artists who have competed in the contest before, with five acts having represented Moldova a combined eleven times. After a one-year hiatus in 2025, Moldova has come back to the competition in 2026.
