Today two days of auditions for the Luxembourgish selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 commence.
Auditions will commence today at RTL City for the Luxembourg Song Contest. The singers will perform for an international expert jury that will determine the singers who will compete in the final of the Luxembourgish selection.
The third edition of the Luxembourg Song Contest will take place on January 24 in Rockhal in Esch-sur-Alzette, according to a press statement released by RTL The live final will see several acts compete to represent Luxembourg at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 in Vienna.
Laura Thorn represented Luxembourg at Eurovision 2025 with “La poupée monte le son”. She finished 22nd with 47 points. This is the country’s worst result since its comeback in 2024, when Luxembourg came 13th with Tali and “Fighter”.
