Lottie O’Driscoll Murray has won Junior Eurovision Éire 2025 and will represent Ireland in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Tbilisi.
The final of Junior Eurovision Éire 2025 was aired this evening. The show was hosted by Louise Cantillon.
The results were decided by a jury consisting of two permanent judges; broadcaster Niamh Ní Chróinín and broadcaster Hugh Carr, and this week’s guest judge Emmy, Linda Martin, who represented Ireland at Eurovision 1983 and 1992, winning the latter.
Tonight’s show consisted of two rounds. In the first round, the three finalists performed two songs; one song that they already performed in past shows and a cover of a past Eurovision entry. The jury then chose two artists to advance to the superfinal. In the superfinal, the two finalists performed another song that they already performed in the previous shows.
The results of the first round were as follows:
- Brooke Stanton – “I Wanna Be a Cowboy, Baby!”/“Only Teardrops” – 3rd
- Lottie O’Driscoll Murray –“Hold Me While You Wait”/“Hold Me Now” – Advanced
- Isla McManus – “Torn”/“Space Man” – Advanced
The results of the second round were as follows:
- Lottie O’Driscoll Murray –“I Will Always Love You” – Winner
- Isla McManus – “Someone You Loved” – 2nd
The song that Lottie will perform in Tbilisi will be released at a later date.
Enya Cox Dempsey represented Ireland at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2024 in Madrid with “Le chéile”. Ireland placed 15th out of 17 entries scoring 55 points. Ireland was 12th with the juries, scoring 15 points and 16th with the online vote, scoring 40 points.

Ireland in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest
Ireland debuted in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest at the 2015 contest in Sofia. The nation’s participation is organised by the Irish-language broadcaster TG4. At the 2015 contest in Bulgaria, Aimee Banks represented Ireland with the song “Réalta na mara”. She finished 12th in the final. The country’s best result came at the 2022 contest in Yerevan. Sophie Lennon represented Ireland with the song “Solas”. She finished 4th in the final, scoring a total of 150 points.
Fairly sure Lottie also participated in last year’s contest, I think that would be good to mention.
