Today, the first rehearsals for the Big Five and Switzerland will take place while second rehearsals are held for Semi-Final Two of the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Basel, Switzerland.
First rehearsals for the automatically qualified finalists, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom, as well as the host country of Switzerland. First rehearsals see each country given a 40-minute slot on stage to rehearse their entry, allowing for multiple runs through of their performance.
Second rehearsals for the the first half of the countries competing in Semi-Final Two will also take place in Basel. Second rehearsals see each country given a 25-minute slot on stage to rehearse their entry, allowing for a few run-throughs of their performance.
The countries having their second rehearsals today are:
Australia: Go-Jo – “Milkshake Man”- Montenegro: Nina Žižić – “Dobrodošli”
- Ireland: Emmy – “Laika Party”
- Latvia: Tautumeitas – “Bur man laimi”
- Armenia: Parg – “Survivor”
- Austria: JJ – “Wasted Love”
- Greece: Klavdia – “Asteromata”
- Lithuania: Katarsis – “Tavo akys”
- Malta: Miriana Conte – “Serving”
