Eurovision Turkey has organised the ninth edition of 81 İl Oylaması, which sees Turkish fans vote for their favourite acts in the Eurovision Song Contest.
The ninth edition of 81 İl Oylaması took place this past weekend with 1,270 Turkish Eurovision fans voting from across the 81 provinces of Turkey for their favourite act in this years contest. 81 İl Oylaması breaks down the vote by each of the provinces to create an overall result.
The top ten for 81 İl Oylaması 2025 is:

Turkey last participated in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2012, having debuted in 1975. In 2018, the head of Turkish broadcaster TRT discussed the reasons why the country remained absent from the contest, with one being the featuring of LGBTQ+ artists such as Conchita, who don’t conform to traditional gender ideas. The EBU confirmed in 2021 that they were discussing a potential Turkish return to the contest in the future.

Turkey first participated in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1975. During the 20th century, Turkey only managed to place in the top 10 on two occasions, 9th in 1986 and 3rd in 1997. Turkey won in 2003 with “Every Way That I Can” by Sertab Erener, their first ever entry completely in English. They went on to achieve six top 10 results in the following years. They withdrew in 2013, citing dissatisfaction with the rules of the contest, and have not returned to the contest since.
