Mamagama, the Azerbaijani representatives for Eurovision 2025, gave the first live performance of their entry “Run With U”.
The Azerbaijani representatives for the 69th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest performed their entry live for the first time last night. The band Mamagama performed “Run With U” live at Eurovision in Concert 2025 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Mamagama were announced to represent Azerbaijan at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 on February 4. A jury of Azerbaijani and international music industry experts selected the entry through an internal selection, which Mamagama won. You can read more about Mamagama here:
“Run With U” was written and composed by Roman Zee and band members Asaf Mishiyev and Hasan Heydar. Azerbaijan will be collaborating with Ace Bowerman to stage the band’s performance. They are set to perform tenth in the first semi-final, on May 13.

Azerbaijan debuted in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2008, they were represented by Elnur & Samir with the song “Day After Day”, they finished 8th in the final. In 2011 Azerbaijan won the Eurovision Song Contest represented by Ell & Nikki and their song “Running Scared”. The song scored a total of 221 points, receiving only three sets of 12 points from Malta, Russia and Turkey. In 2018, Azerbaijan failed to qualify for the final for the first time, having previously had a 100% qualification record.
