A total of 72,474,314 votes were cast during Melodifestivalen 2025 and 3,336,564 SEK was raised for Radiohjälpen. KAJ received 4,305,774 public votes in the final, which is now the record for most votes received during a Melodifestivalen final.

KAJ will represent Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 with “Bara bada bastu”. This will be the first Swedish Eurovision entry to be sung completely in Swedish since 1998 and the first Eurovision entry in Swedish since 2012.

KAJ will perform in the first half of the first semi-final on May 13.
