Suspilne has announced the interval acts for Ukraine’s Eurovision selection, Vidbir 2025.
Eurovision and Junior Eurovision stars are among the artists set to perform in the interval at Vidbiur 2025. Two Eurovision winners will be taking to the stage, as well as this years Creative Director and 2006 representative Tina Karol.
Artem Kotenko and Svitlana Tarabarova have been selected to perform the song “Home” during the national final this Saturday. Artem Kotenko, who represented Ukraine at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2024, is familiar to Eurovision fans. The young artist placed third with the song “Hear Me Now”. Svitlana Tarabarova, also known as TARABAROVA, is a well-known Ukrainian singer, songwriter, and music producer. Their performance will be inspired by the deportation of Ukrainian children from the occupied territories.
In addition, Ruslana will premiere her new song “Twisted”, while the local boy band Badstreet Boys (Vladimir Dantes, Vasyl Baydak, Oleg Svyshch, Slava Kedr, Anton Tymoshenko) will perform their humorous song “Eurovision”.
Vidbir 2025 is being held on February 8, 2025, and will be broadcast by Suspilne in Ukraine and internationally via the Eurovision Ukraine YouTube channel.
The running order of the ten competing songs is below:

- MOLODI – “my sea”
- Future Culture – “Waste My Time”
- Masha Kondratenko – “No time to cry”
- KHAYAT – “Honor”
- FIÏNKA – “Kultura (Культура)”
- KRYLATA – “Stay True”
- Ziferblat – “Bird of pray”
- DK Energetik – “Sil’” (Salt)
The winner of the selection will be determined by a combination of jury and audience voting, and will have the chance to represent Ukraine at Eurovision 2025 in Basel.
alyona alyona and Jerry Heil represented Ukraine at the 2024 Eurovision Song Contest with their song “Teresa & Maria”. The duo finished in 3rd place with a total of 453 points. They also achieved the best result from 2nd spot in the Grand Final running order since 2002.

Ukraine first participated in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2003, when Oleksandr Ponomariov performed “Hasta la vista”. The following year Ruslana brought the country their first win with the song “Wild Dances”. It was a feat that would be replicated in 2016 by Jamala with her song “1944”; her emotionally charged song scored a record 534 points to take victory in Stockholm. In 2017 O.Torvald represented the country on home soil with the song “Time”. The group finished in 24th place, Ukraine’s worst result at the contest to date. Kalush Orchestra gave Ukraine their third victory in 2022 with “Stefania”. Ukraine is one of two remaining countries with a 100% semi-final qualification record.
