Iceland and Ukraine will announce the artists competing to represent them at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 today.

In Ukraine, the wildcard round of Vidbir 2025 will come to a close as Suspilne announces the act that has received the Wildcard.
Ten acts have competed this week to secure the Wildcard into the final of the Ukrainian selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025. Voting has taken place through the Diya app with the Ukrainian public invited to vote for the act they want to see secure the final spot in Vidbir 2025.
The running order for the wildcard vote is as follows:

- BRYKULETS – “Kryshtali” (Crystals)
- Ranrawi – “Anymore”
- GRISANA – “Kohoney”
- Clukhay Sashu – “Zhyvy” (Live)
- MON FIA – “Dive Inside”
- YAGODY – “Bramaya” (Gate)
- Starykova Hrystyna – “Rise”
- FIЇNKA – “Kultura” (Culture)
The winner of the wildcard vote will join the nine finalists that have already been selected. These artists are:
- Future Culture – “Waste My Time”
- KHAYAT – “Honor”
- KRYLATA – “Stay True”
- MOLODI – “my sea”
- Ziferblat – “Bird of pray”
- Abiye – “Dim” (Home)
- DK Energetik – “Sil’” (Salt)
- Masha Kondratenko – “No time to cry”
- Vlad Sheryf – “Wind of change”
The final of Vidbir 2025 will take place on February 8. The winner of the selection will be determined based on the results of the jury and audience voting, and will have the chance to represent Ukraine at Eurovision 2025 in Basel.

The preview show for the Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2025 #togetheformusic is airing tonight. The show is being broadcast six nights a week bringing viewers closer to the Maltese selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025. The show airs on weeknights for 5 minutes, with a longer 30 minute show on Sunday evenings.

The ten acts that will compete in Söngvakeppnin 2025 are set to be revealed this evening by RÚV. The reveal will take place during Lögin i Söngvakeppnin where the participants will be revealed in the 35 minute special.
Söngvakeppnin 2025 will once consist of two semi-finals and a final. The semi-finals will be held on February 8 and 15 and the final will take place on February 22. All three shows will take place in RVK Studios in Gufunes in northeastern Reykjavík and will be hosted by Benedikt Valsson, Guðrún Dís Emilsdóttir and Fannar Sveinsson.
In each semi-final, three of the five competing songs will advance to the final. No wildcard will be awarded, meaning that six songs will compete in the final instead of five.
For the first time since 2013, there will be no superfinal round in the final. The final result will be decided by public voting (50%) and, for the first time ever, seven international juries (50%). The winner will represent Iceland at Eurovision 2025 in Basel.
