RTSH has released snippets of the songs competing to represent Albania at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2024 in Madrid, Spain.
The Albanian broadcaster RTSH has released snippets of the eighteen songs that will be competing in Junior Fest Albania 2024. The eighteen finalists who were announced on September 3 will compete in Tirana to represent Albania at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest.
The singers and their songs are:
- Ema Deda – “Hapat” (Steps)
- Kejsi Xheladini – “Dua të këndoj” (I want to sing)
- Eden Dami- “Ti më sjell fat” (You bring me luck)
- Ami Kokurti – “Reale” (True)
- Elora Tahitri – “Me lajka” (Flattering)
- Doris Canaj – “Jemi njësoj” (We are the same)
- Arbëri Dajko – “Ëndrra në detin blu” (Dream in the blue sea)
- Gjon Gjipali – “S’ka problem” (No problem)
- Marina Daka – “Nuk do ndalem” (I won’t stop)
- Nikol Çabeli – “Vallëzoj” (Dance)
- Klejda Bashota – “Një këngë për ty” (A song for you)
- Hana Lamaj – “Medaljon” (Medallion)
- Boris Metaj – “Se jemi ne” (It’s us)
- Gedis Germani – “Flutura prej letre” (Paper butterfly)
- Kejt Hitaj – “Ëndërrojnë” (They dream)
- Armina Kajnozi – “Mama” (Mum)
- Kristel Xhafka – “Party”
- David Kerri – “Thirrja e Tokës” (Call of the Earth)
The final of Junior Fest Albania 2024 will take place on September 27 in Tirana. Alongside the finalists’ performances, there will also be special guest performances. The exact format of Junior Fest Albania 2024 has yet to be confirmed.
Viola Gjyzeli represented Albania at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2023 in Nice with “Bota ime”. She finished 8th with 115 points, giving Albania their best placing since 2015 and their second top 10 finish.

Albania debuted in the Junior Eurovision Contest in 2012, and to date have had seven entries. The country is still yet to win the contest. Their best result was in 2015, when Mishela Rapo performed her song “Dambaje”, which scored a total of 93 points and ended in 5th place. Albania was absent from the contest in 2013 and 2014, before returning again in 2015.
