Two countries’ selections for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2024 are underway today as Poland commences their search, while Ukraine announces its finalists.

Poland’s selection for Junior Eurovision 2024 commences this afternoon with the first Semi-Final of Szansa na Sukces: Eurowizja Junior 2024.
Semi-Final One of Szansa na Sukces: Eurowizja Junior 2024 takes place this afternoon with seven singers competing for one place in the final of the Polish selection. The theme for the first show is ‘Latest Hits’, with a jury formed of Viki Gabor and Mietek Szcześniak selecting the act that will make it through to the final.
The seven singers competing in today’s show are:

- Julia Kuś
- Natan Gryga
- Łukasz Matyka
- Blanka Korniluk
- Oliwia Bąk

🇺🇦 Ukraine – Shchodennyky Dytyachoho Yevrobachennya – Show Four – 16:30 CEST
In today’s episode of Shchodennyky Dytyachoho Yevrobachennya (Diaries of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest) the six finalists that will compete to represent Ukraine at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2024 will be revealed.
Ten young singers were shortlisted last week in Star School to progress to the next stage of the selection, with the ten being whittled down to six in today’s show. The finalists will be chosen by a jury formed of:

- Michelle Andrade
- Yevhen Khmara
- Yevhen Triplov
- Yevhen Kot
- Svitlana Tarabarova
The ten singers in the Ukrainian selection are:
- Mariya Blyznyuk – 9 years old
- Anastasiya Byelibova – 13 years old
- Anhelina Hlohus – 12 years old
- Anna Doyna – 14 years old
- Veronika Kohan – 11 years old
- Ilya Konovchenko (ILKO) – 12 years old
- Artem Kotenko – 12 years old
- Sofiya Nersesyan – 8 years old
- Vsevolod Skryma – 12 years old
- Zlata Ivaniv – 10 years old
The final of the Ukrainian selection for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2024 in Madrid, will take place on September 22. The final is set to be hosted by Anna Trincher, Anna Tulyeva and Timur Miroshnychenko.
The final of the Ukrainian selection for Junior Eurovision 2024 will take place in an online format. A combination of a three-member jury and public voting will decide the Ukrainian representative for Madrid.
