🇩🇪 Germany: Junior Eurovision 2024 Participation Confirmed

Germany will participate in this year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

German broadcasters NDR and KiKA have confirmed that they will once again take part in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, which is set to take place in Madrid this November. More details regarding their selection process will be announced in the upcoming weeks.

FIA represented Germany at the 2023 contest in Nice, France. This was their third appearance at the contest, in which they received their best result to date. “Ohne Worte” finished in 9th place with 107 points.

Junior Eurovision 2024

The 2024 edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest will take place in Madrid, Spain, following their second-place finish at the 2023 contest. The winner, France, declined the hosting responsibility after hosting the 2023 edition in Nice.

Germany made their debut at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2020. They were represented by Susan with the song “Stronger with You”, scoring 66 points, finishing 12th and last. In 2021 Pauline performed “Imagine Us” and finished 17th with 61 points. Their best result was achieved at the 2023 contest, where they returned after a year out. FIA finished in 9th position with her song “Ohne Worte”.
