Zoé Clauzure from France won the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2023 in Nice, France with 228 points. The singer won the contest with their song “Coeur”.
The voting in the 2023 Junior Eurovision Song Contest was made up of a 50/50 split, with 50% being from the online vote and the other 50% being decided by a professional jury.
Unlike at the adult Eurovision Song Contest, the winner does not automatically receive the right to host next year’s contest, but this has been the case in recent years. Since 2018 all winning countries have hosted the following year.

The Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2023 took place at the Palais Nikaïa in Nice on Sunday, November 26th. This is the second time that France was host to the contest, the first time being in 2021 in Paris. This year’s contest was presented by Olivier Minne and Laury Thilleman.
A total of sixteen countries took part in the contest. They are:
