Today the dress rehearsals for Semi-Final Two of the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 commence in Liverpool.
Two sets of rehearsals will take place today in Liverpool as Eurovision week commences in the United Kingdom. The first dress rehearsal for the show commences at 14:30 CET followed by a second dress rehearsal from 21:00 CET.
Traditionally today the juries during Dress Rehearsal Two would have determined 50% of the results of Semi-Final Two, however this year this is not the case. The juries in the fifteen competing countries plus Spain, Ukraine and the United Kingdom will still be voting in the semi-finals this year but will only be used unless a valid audience vote has not been recorded or an aggregated substitute result cannot be used.
The jurors will be ranking the scores based on the following criteria:
- composition and originality of the song
- quality of the performance on stage
- vocal capacity of the performer(s)
- overall impression of the act
The running order for the performances in Semi-Final One is as follows:

- 🇦🇲 Armenia: Brunette – “Future Lover”
- 🇷🇴 Romania: Theodor Andrei – “D.G.T. (Off and On)”
- 🇪🇪 Estonia: Alika – “Bridges”
- 🇧🇪 Belgium: Gustaph – “Because Of You”
- 🇨🇾 Cyprus: Andrew Lambrou – “Break a Broken Heart”
- 🇮🇸 Iceland: Diljá – “Power”
- 🇬🇷 Greece: Victor Vernicos – “What They Say”
- 🇵🇱 Poland: Blanka – “Solo”
- 🇸🇮 Slovenia: Joker Out – “Carpe Diem”
- 🇸🇲 San Marino: Piqued Jacks – “Like an Animal”
- 🇦🇹 Austria: Teya and Salena – “Who the Hell is Edgar?”
- 🇦🇱 Albania: Albina & Familja Kelmendi – “Duje”
- 🇱🇹 Lithuania: Monika Linkytė – “Stay”
- 🇦🇺 Australia: Voyager – “Promise”
