Today: 🇦🇱 Albania Selects For Junior Eurovision & 🇫🇮 Finland Announces

Today Albania will select for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2022, while Finland is making an announcement.

🇫🇮 Finland – Announcement – 12:00 CEST

Yle has announced that it will be making an announcement at 12:00 CEST. The details of what the announcement will be about has not been disclosed by the Finnish broadcaster.

🇦🇱 Albania – Junior Fest 2022 – 18:00 CEST

The Albanian representative for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2022 will be revealed today. Junior Fest 2022 was recorded in Tirana, with the show being broadcast on RTSH 1 from 18:00 CEST here. The winner of the Albanian selection will be determined by a jury.

Twenty acts were previously announced as participating, however, RTSH has since stated eighteen will be competing, the updated list of participant’s has yet to be released:

6. Dea Amoniku – “Nuk jemi lodër për asnjeri” (We are nobody’s toy)
7. Eisi Mehmeti – “Dilemat” (Dilemmas)
8. Ejza Hoxha – “Plot ëndrra jetën e dua” (I love a life full of dreams)
9. Erta Jonuzi – “Premtim” (Promise)
10. Irsa Mashi – “Dua të besoj” (I want to believe)
11. Kei Piqani – “Shoqja ime më e mirë” (My best friend)
12. Keit Hitaj – “Yjet e shpresës” (The stars of hope)
13. Keitlin Gjata – “Pakëz diell” (A little sun)
14. Noemi Pjetra – “Simfoni” (Symphony)
15. Sara Elshani – “Adoleshentët” (Teenagers)
16. Sibora Teqja – “Ne jemi paqja që sundon në botë” (We are the peace that rules the world)
17. Sindi Zeka – “Botë bardhezi” (Black and white world)
18. Viola Beshiri – “Qielli i moshës sime” (The sky of my age)
19. Viola Gjyzeli – “Afrika” (Africa)
20. Melodi Heta – “Balerinë do bëhem” (I will become a ballerina)
